Visit the Library of Congress

We have recently completed our summer courses.  We find ourselves inspired by those who go the extra million miles to craft lessons for their students for the upcoming year.  A visit to the Library of Congress concluded our summer sessions and we were reminded of the national treasure that it is the Jefferson Building.

Consider a trip with your family this summer.  For more information about events at the Library and for children activity options during your visit, see http://www.loc.gov/visit/activities-for-kids-and-families/
Also, get a jump on your planning and schedule a visit to see the upcoming new exhibit about the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which opens September 10, 2014.
